There is a need for transition services that adequately provide better support and address the needs of junior to mid-grade officers, warrant officers and senior non-commissioned officers with a broad spectrum of leadership and multi-echelon operational experience.Currently the focus on hiring veterans at the corporate level has been internships after transition, networking events, career fairs, and using other corporate tools, such as online career websites.  We do not believe these tools alone are providing service members with the ability to effectively present themselves to hiring managers.Rationale Click here for FAQ’s for businesses…Interested in becoming either a host partner or partner of the Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program?   • In order to better align our service members with the mission of finding veteran talent for the civilian sector, the Corporate Fellowship Program will work to streamline the transition process for each of the fellows.  We would take active duty service members who are within the transition process, screen them, vet them through the potential business partners, train and educate them, then integrate them into the full fellowship program. We are confident that this effort will not only lead to a valuable interview with their corporate partner, but also being hired by one of our many corporate partners.
