There is a need for transition services that adequately provide better support and address the needs of junior to mid-grade officers, warrant officers and senior non-commissioned officers with a broad spectrum of leadership and multi-echelon operational experience.Currently the focus on hiring veterans at the corporate level has been internships after transition, networking events, career fairs, and using other corporate tools, such as online career websites.
